    Don Richards

Don Richards has been selling aircraft since the 1970's when his love for aviation landed him a job at Lane Aviation in Columbus, Ohio selling Cessna products. As one of the most successful new and used Cessna sales representatives in the country, Don quickly gained momentum and started his own business selling a variety of used aircraft. In addition, he was one of the largest new Mooney Aircraft dealers in the country. In the late 1980's Don moved substantially into the corporate aircraft market, focusing on turbine aircraft. He worked with Atlanta Jet, Inc. and was one of the founding partners of Allied Jet International. 

In 1999, Don moved to Boca Raton, Florida to form Jet Quest, Inc. with his daughter Robin Eissler.Don is an ATP rated commercial pilot with over 8000 hours of flying. Interestingly, he has never flown for hire, but rather built his flying time selling airplanes! Don is now based in our Austin office.

    John Walker

John Walker joined our team in 2003. John worked in aviation in the 1980's delivering aircraft to build his experience and flying time in his pursuit of a career as a Commercial Pilot. In the late 1980's John decided to move into aircraft sales. After  a number of years in aircraft sales, John decided to accept an offer in retail operations. John worked in the retail sector for a numbers of years as a Vice President of Operations. John always enjoyed aviation, and in 2003  made the decision to return to aviation as a sales representative for Jet Quest. John provides a regional contact for our clients in the Midwest and Northeast. John is based in our Dayton office.

   Robin Eissler

Robin Eissler was "born" into aviation - taking her first airplane ride at 3 days old. To follow suit, Robin soloed in an airplane before she soloed in a car. She received her Private Pilot's License shortly after her 17th birthday and started working in the sales business with her father.  Robin joined Atlanta Jet, Inc. in 1994 as a market analyst and focused on the King Air market. After three years of experience in the corporate resale markets, Robin then joined Banyan Air Service and worked on the FBO side of the business. As Robin's love of aviation was based on the sales side, Robin joined Don in 1999 to form Jet Quest. Robin is based in our Austin office.

  Aimee Carreno

Aimee Carreno joined Jet Quest in 2008 as a market analyst. Her background includes several years at Banyan Air Service in Ft. Lauderdale, retail experience at Kohl’s Department Stores, and most recently a closing agent at WCI, a major Florida real estate developer. Although new to the aircraft marketing part of aviation, her experience gives her a good knowledge to analyze the various markets and work with our customers to make sure we give them the best picture, whether buying or selling. She is excited to be hands-on with corporate aviation and looking forward to helping our customers. Aimee is based in our Austin, TX office.
